The Pursuit of Happy

December 4, 2014

I recently watched a new documentary that I have to share with you. Happy, which is currently on Netflix, talks about the psychology of happiness, using examples from around the world. It’s a quick watch – just over an hour – but well worth it. I was amazed at some of the statistics they shared, and it made me think about my priorities. Are Louboutins really that important? Or should I be thrilled that I don’t have to worry about paying rent each month? Definitely questions worth pondering, my friends!

Do you have a documentary worth watching? Let me know! I love checking out new documentaries!

I love this movie. It is crazy how many things we get caught up in that diminish our happiness. The self criticism, letting others make us feel insecure. Silly.
