- Hershey’s chocolate bars
- marshmallows (I like the Kraft Jet-Puffed ones- did you know they make square ones now?!)
- bananas (as many as you want – I typically do one banana per person)
- graham crackers (Honey Maid ones are the best)
- aluminum foil
Keeping the bananas in their peels, make a slice down the long side (I do this on the “inside” of the banana so you have a nice little pocket). Make sure you slice down into the banana.
Stuff with chocolate pieces and marshmallow. Wrap the stuffed banana in aluminum foil, completely covering the peel, and put on the grill.
Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. I like to scoop everything out of the peel into a bowl, top with crushed graham cracker, and serve. (Serious dessert-eaters can top with a scoop of ice cream.)
