Our 5 Favorite Baby Washes

There are SO many baby wash products that it's really hard to choose what's best. Even when you narrow the list down to sulfate-free, fragrance-free products, there are still way too many! I've been trying out some new baby washes and thought it might be helpful to share our favorites so far. My entire life I've dealt with sensitive skin, so I'm always a little nervous about trying new products. If you were blessed with non-sensitive skin, you probably don't worry about a rash every time you …

Beauty Empties Episode 1

Lately I’ve been enjoying other bloggers’ posts about their favorite beauty products so I thought I’d share my own beauty empties! These are the latest products I finished up and my thoughts on each. This week’s beauty empties method Body Wash - In my quest to buy cleaner beauty products, I found method body wash. It smells SO good, it’s cruelty-free, and it’s made without parabens. At-Home Gel Manicure

I love a gel manicure for vacations, weddings, and as a general pick-me-up. I haven’t been to a nail salon in months, so when I stumbled on a gel manicure kit that was only $26, I thought WHY NOT! The overall huge pros of doing at-home gel manicures? The cost savings, for one (my salon usually charges $48 plus tip), as well as the fact that you can do it whenever! I tried this for the first time at 10:30pm one night. With no dry time, I knew I could have my mani done and get …

Isle of Paradise Tanning Drops Review

Any time there’s an easy way to get a glow, I’m in. My go-to sunless tanner for years was a lotion that built as you put it on, even though it made me slightly orange. When I was in high school it was pretty much the only thing on the market that I knew about! I'm SO glad that sunless tanners have come a long way since then. If it's before a big event, I sometimes go get a spray tan. But I wanted something I could do at home, so I decided to try the Isle of Paradise tanning drops. I haven't …

I Tried A Lash Lift and Tint (Before and After)

Two years ago I got eyelash extensions but ultimately decided that they were too much work to keep up. I recently discovered the lash lift and tint and decided to try it out and see how it compares. It’s basically a semi-permanent curl for your eyelashes that lasts up to six weeks. What does a lash lift and tint look like? Here are my no-makeup photos from before and after! You can see in my "before" photos that my lashes are light-colored. They definitely don't stand out on their own! I was …
