Card Greetings with Hallmark

As much as I love technology, I still get excited when I go to the mailbox and find a card from a friend. There’s something so personal about handwritten notes that no email or text message can replace (and wouldn’t you rather see a bright pink envelope with your name on it rather than the standard “hi I’m a bill”)? I’m a huge believer in bringing back the written word, and that’s why I’m excited to team up with Hallmark to tell you about their Value Cards line.

After this wedding weekend (details to come!), I have a lot of thank you notes to send, and this card is perfect for my floral team. Bonus: It features one of the flowers we used throughout the wedding.

Walmart carries Hallmark’s Value Cards, which are priced as low as 47 cents each! I was amazed when I saw the quality for the price. Plus, you can earn rewards with the Hallmark Card Rewards Program – for every five cards you purchase, you get a reward (like discounts on a future purchase).

They’re easy to find – see those big price signs?

I picked up these cards to have on hand. I keep a stack of cards in a drawer in my office, and if I’m out shopping and find something I think is perfect for someone (even if their birthday is 9 months away), I’ll buy it in advance and stash it away. I highly recommend having a card/gift drawer because it especially cuts down on stress during the holidays (one year I was done my shopping in August!).

I totally agree on having a card & gift drawer–it really does make it so much more fun and kills the stress so you can just enjoy special times! The cards you got are so pretty–you'd never guess they were so inexpensive! #client
